We replace the complete screen (Touch panel + original LCD), not just the Touch panel!

What is the repair process?

You can choose between on-site repair (which generally takes 1 hour) or repair by parcel post (by dismantling the unit and sending it in for repair).

Does the repair include a guarantee?

All our repairs are guaranteed for 24 months.

Replacing the part costs the manufacturer several thousand francs. Why such a price difference?

We are able to dismantle the part and replace only the cause of the fault (i.e. the screen). It is not necessary to replace the entire radio unit.

Is there a difference in quality between the screens ?

Of course, this is why we replace the screens with original models manufactured by LG Electronics for the MOPAR group. There are cheaper screens available on the market, but these can present significant quality problems (shifted display, insufficient tactile responsiveness, dead pixels, etc.).
