Frequent problems
- The touchscreen is partially or totally out of order.

- The problem often starts in one corner and then spreads across the entire screen. A difference in temperature or humidity can sometimes make the screen functional for a short time.

Which solution should I choose?
Touchscreen replacement only: This is possible provided the screen is visually undamaged and free of bubbles (see example photos).
Full replacement : This is necessary if the screen has lines, dead pixels, LCD fluid (bubbles) or cracks, or if you simply wish to prevent the screen from failing.
If in doubt, please attach a photo of the screen turned on, regardless of the menu, as well as a photo of the screen turned off / multimedia turned off.

Repairs by appointment within one hour at our workshops in Payerne on Saturdays or in the Nyon area. You can then collect your vehicle straight away. Please call us directly to book an appointment; you will then receive written confirmation.
By post
DO NOT SEND ANY UNIT WITHOUT ATTACHING THE REPAIR FORM.
Dismantle your unit and send it to us along with our repair form. To do this, simply contact us via the contact form or directly via WhatsApp to receive the repair form. You will then just need to dismantle the radio unit and send it off for repair, enclosing the repair form in the parcel. This usually takes 1 to 2 working days. Disassembly requires a T20 screwdriver and a plastic spatula, and takes just a few minutes. Your vehicle will remain roadworthy, but certain functions, such as the parking aid, will be temporarily disabled.
Guarantee
Our repairs are guaranteed 12 months for the touchscreen, parts and labour, and 24 months for the replacement of the entire screen.

Unfortunately, this is a known software bug concerning synchronisation, which can appear suddenly overnight.
