Repair procedure

On site: Repair by appointment in approximately 1 hour at our workshops in Payerne or Nyon. You collect your vehicle immediately after the service.

By post: Dismantle your unit and ship it with our repair form. Contact us beforehand to receive the form and shipping address. The repair time is usually 1-2 working days.

Meanwhile, your vehicle remains usable, but certain functions, such as parking assist, may be temporarily unavailable.

You can also send us a photo of your car radio directly via WhatsApp. We will check your screen's compatibility and send you the appropriate repair form.
