    What is the success rate of repairs?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

    The repair success rate is close to 100 %, provided that no other repair attempt has been made previously. Otherwise, the data could be corrupted, making recovery impossible.<\/p>\n

    Does the box need to be reprogrammed or coded after repair?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

    Not with us! We recover the data from your module, restore it and reprogram everything to match your vehicle's chassis number. This makes reassembly plug-and-play.<\/p>\n

    <\/h2>\n

    How long will it take to repair my FRM module if I ship it?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

    Repairs usually take one working day. In order to check our availability and list your part correctly, please contact us by WhatsApp or telephone before sending us your FRM module.<\/p>\n

    Symptoms of a faulty FRM 3 (one or more) :<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n

    - Non-functional front windows<\/span><\/p>\n

    - Headlights, brake lights and indicators no longer work<\/span><\/p>\n

    - Dipped headlights on all the time<\/span><\/p>\n

    - Red indicator light (car on lift in handset)<\/span><\/p>\n

    - Door open warning and D-start not possible (X5 and X6 E7x).<\/span><\/p>\n

    - Non-diagnostic FRM (OBD)<\/span><\/p>\n

    I have a blocked output on my FRM (1 & 2) or NFRM, but the rest works.<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n

    Symptoms of a blocked exit FRM I, II or III :<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

    - A single lighting element no longer works (e.g. reversing light no longer works, despite bulb replacement)<\/span><\/p>\n

    We can also unblock your FRM 1, 2 and 3 in the event of a short-circuit (blocked exit, only with the vehicle on site).<\/span><\/p>\n

    Fault code: 9CBA, 9CBB, 9CB9, etc (short-circuit error). FRM A3C1<\/p>\n

    Generally, this problem is caused by a short-circuit in the harness, water ingress or an incorrectly sized bulb.<\/span><\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    Could the problem reappear?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

    It is possible that the problem will reappear in the years to come, as it is unfortunately a design fault. The FRM module is sensitive to voltage drops, and it's not uncommon for this problem to occur after a battery change. If your battery is weak, we recommend that you replace it to eliminate the main cause. What's more, a new module is no exception to this rule, as we've already seen. However, if you would like to use a new module, we can program it into your vehicle.<\/p>\n
